Important details for moving, pickup, lifting and ladder work

Moving help: Customer supplies the moving truck, boxes, blankets and packing materials. Driving your truck or towing a small trailer must be discussed first.

Store & marketplace pickup: We pick up eligible purchases from stores, warehouses or local sellers. The customer completes the purchase directly with the store or seller. Items must safely fit in our pickup truck; size, weight, loading help and access are reviewed before scheduling.

Lifting and access: Items over 100 pounds require two technicians and review. No heavy equipment. We accept only tasks safely reachable with our 8-foot ladder.

Not sure if we do your task? Send a photo and a short description. We would rather review the opportunity than have you assume the answer is no.

Clear pricing before work begins

A price that fits your actual job.

Send photos for a scope-based quote. When both fit the job, we can discuss hourly or approved flat-rate pricing. Materials, access and any second technician are reviewed with you first.

New fitness equipment

Get your workout space ready.

Send the product or a photo. We review the model, access and technician count, assemble approved equipment, then check the assembly against its instructions.

A visible leak concern

Start with what you can see.

We review the visible condition and document what we find. Eligible minor work needs your approval, followed by a test and after photos. Specialist needs are reported for the appropriate contractor.

Basic HVAC-related property support

Filters, thermostat checks and useful photos.

Ask about accessible filter replacement, filter-condition photos, appropriate thermostat work and basic checks, visible water concerns or follow-up photos after contractor work.

What fits this service?

We review access and scope first. This is basic property support; refrigerant work, compressor repair, major diagnostics and system replacement require an appropriate HVAC contractor.

Before you send your request

A few common questions.

What photos should I send?

Start with a wide view of the item or space, a close-up of the work needed, and the product label or model number if available. For assembly, a product link is helpful. For mounting, include the wall and your mount. Avoid private paperwork, faces and access codes.

Do I need photos to request service?

No. Photos help us understand the work, but they are optional. Describe the task and we can follow up by text or email if more information is needed.

Can you quote several small jobs together?

Yes. Choose all the services you need and add the full list to your request. We review the scope, materials and technician needs before confirming a price.

Is my preferred date a confirmed appointment?

No. Your request stays pending until we confirm the scope, price and schedule with you.
