Before the visit
For pickup, the customer purchases the item directly from the seller. Send both locations, pickup hours and available loading help. For moving labor, the customer supplies the truck, boxes, blankets and packing materials. Driving a customer truck or towing a small trailer must be discussed first.
Scope and pricing
Items over 100 pounds require two technicians and review. No heavy equipment. We confirm that items safely fit the vehicle and that the route and lifting requirements are suitable before scheduling.
We confirm the price with you before scheduling. When both fit, ask about hourly or approved flat-rate options.
