Before the visit
Describe what happens and when you first noticed it. Tell us about prior work and any parts already purchased. Take photos only where safe; do not remove live electrical covers, climb into unsafe spaces or move leaking connections to get a better picture.
Scope and pricing
We are not a licensed contractor. Permit-required work, gas connections, emergencies and tasks requiring a licensed trade or specialist diagnosis are declined or referred. Approval comes before any added work.
We confirm the price with you before scheduling. When both fit, ask about hourly or approved flat-rate options.
