A new appliance needs the right fit and connections. Show us the appliance and installation area so we can review whether the setup is within our service scope before scheduling.

Before the visit
Tell us whether the old appliance is still in place, whether stairs are involved and which connection parts are on site. Photograph visible connections without pulling out a heavy appliance or touching wiring. If a shutoff or connection is damaged, mention that before the visit.
Scope and pricing
Gas connections and permit-required work are declined or referred. Added water-line, electrical or other work requires separate review; an appliance installation request does not automatically include it.
We confirm the price with you before scheduling. When both fit, ask about hourly or approved flat-rate options.
